Biography
Hanneke Dingen is an INSEAD MBA (’91), Newfield ontological Coach (’07), ICF Master Certified Coach (’14), GBA Lead Facilitator of Transformation (’14), ICF Mentor Coach (‘15) and holds an INSEAD in-board certificate (’22)
Hanneke is based in the Netherlands and serves a national and international client base with her venture the Jane Company. Her mission is to expand consciousness and shine new light on balanced and sustainable leadership. She is a strong believer in business as a force for good and personal transformation as a key, rippling off into organizations and the world.
Since 2001, Hanneke has worked one-on-one with CEO’s and high-achieving professionals, guided leadership and supervisory teams and facilitated customized personal leadership and culture transformation programs. Among others, she served as the ‘house coach’ of Bain & Company Amsterdam for 20 years. Before becoming a coach, Hanneke built a professional career during 14 years in international corporate environments, like Hewlett-Packard and Procter & Gamble.
As her latest initiative she co-founded a social impact venture on track - empowering female leadership talent to maintain professional momentum while caring for a young family and supporting organizations to set the standard to make gender balanced leadership work.
Hanneke is a mentor coach and regularly contributes to the International Coaching Federation to professionalize coaching as a profession. She is also a board member of the Dutch INSEAD Sustainability club.
Her style is encouraging, empowering and empathetic. She owns a unique combination of business sense and coaching expertise.
