I teach coaching models, skills, and perspectives. This can be in the form of ICF accredited mentor coaching, or deep listening and positive enquiry workshops for leaders, supervisory boards or professional coaches.
Coaching and listening skills are essential for future-proof leaders and attentive board members. As we navigate in uncertain and volatile world, where we can no longer oversee the bigger picture by ourselves, we need to become more skilled at developing people around us and train ourselves in asking the right questions and deep listening.
I am accredited as an accredited as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
