Hanneke facilitated a trajectory to build trust for our leadership team in 2017-2018. I have always believed in diversity as a team asset but also experienced the complication of differences in character and ways of thinking.
Hanneke made me realise that trust is the foundation for effective functioning of a diverse team. Without trust we tend to hide our weaknesses; however one’s weakness may be another one’s strength! Trust makes it possible to open up and be vulnerable, speak your truth and support each other to get the best out of the team as a whole.
The trust we gained created a paradigm shift in our effectiveness as a team and a ripple effect in the culture and collaboration throughout the whole organisation.
In 2022, we stepped up our game and re-aligned ourselves and our leadership role as Vesteda to the current more challenging situation we are facing in the housing market.
